1. Double click the downloaded file and follow the installation prompts.
  2. Be sure to let the install create the directory in C:\. Some users report that the server doesn’t work properly when it’s not installed in the root of the C drive. (C:\ is considered the “root” of the C drive.

  3. Save shortcuts to desktop or system tray if desired.

  4. You can leave the default settings when prompted for the SMTP and Email settings.
  5. Installation is complete.
  6. Launch Wampserver.

angelle - just wanted to let you know that we have intsalled it on several different comps recently and have all had a 404 error pop up before you can access your admin. Its an easy fix though - just need to change the myphpadmin.conf file. Just erase line 17 and 18 and replace it with Allow from All and save
