1. Share Content that is Relevant to Your Audience
It's likely that you will need to test different content types to determine which one gets the most attention. If videos seem to perform well on fan pages, create more video content.
Who are your customers? What are their interests? What kind of posts do they like? How do they consume information in their daily lives? Do they prefer video, blog content, or image posts? Make sure you create content that customers will love.
2. Use Images in Every Post
Images are 150 percent more likely to be re-tweeted than tweets without them. Images grab more attention than text when scrolling through newsfeeds. Engage more on social media by including relevant images in your post.
3. Get Social
It is possible to show appreciation for positive messages, and offer a solution for negative messages. You won't respond if someone tags your friend because they aren't directly engaging with you.
You can only increase social media engagement if you are social. Customers who leave comments or send messages are giving you the chance to speak to them. You must respond to each customer, no matter what their message is.
I do appreciate your post. I am so new to blogging and social media. Social media is especially new. I have been on Facebook for a while, and I have never used it for business purposes.
I love to meet people face to face but for some reason being social on different platforms is completely different. I think I am comparing myself with their creativity.
I am going to have to keep on posting and realize it will come easier and easier.
Thanks for all your useful information.
