The first thing when anyone starts a business is to choose a niche = direction for the business.
Kyle has a great lesson for this topic in his step-by-step training but obviously many people still have questions after that.
Choosing a niche is a big decision and it's good if one can choose something that he loves working on since the beginning.
Therefore, I've created a niche choosing tutorial where I give 3-4 criteria for my referrals to help them to narrow down their niche.

Once people have chosen their niche, the next step is also important and I think once your referrals do that, they'll stick here longer for several reasons.
