As I mentioned on the previous page, when going up onto Google and searching for your keywords you will not get accurate results because of the cookies stored on your computer for both search and browsing histories. So you must switch to a private browsing mode first.

SWITCHING TO PRIVATE BROWSING

Every kind of internet browser has a private browsing mode. The list below are the names for each of the particular browsers. Since I use a Windows PC my favorite browser is Google Chrome and the private browsing mode for Chrome is called Incognito Mode.

  • INTERNET EXPLORER = InPrivate Browsing
  • GOOGLE CHROME = New Incognito Window
  • FIREFOX = New Private Window
  • OPERA = New Private Window
  • SAFARI = Private Browsing
  • GOOGLE CHROME for ANDROID = New Incognito Tab
  • SAFARI for IPAD & IPHONE = Private

Setting these private browsing modes is quite simple, especially on a Windows PC. For example:

On Google Chrome and Opera, press and hold the Ctrl + Shift + N keys at the same time.

On Internet Explorer and Firefox, press and hold the Ctrl + Shift + P keys at the same time.

For a complete description of all browsers and alternate step by step ways to set the private browsing modes for all browsers listed above, visit the following website.

Great information Robert! Appreciate your time in putting this together for us all...I use another program I won't mention here to do a lot of my keyword research, same type of a program as Jaaxy...But I also want to get different perspectives to compare results from that program with , Your training and the tools you mention will definitely help in that regard! Cheers!!! Dave : )

Thank you Dave! I am glad you liked my training tutorial. The link I provided or the page ranker is one of 3 I have used but happens to be my favorite because it has always matched the results I get using Google Incognito.

The other two I have used have also been as good as Incognito but not 100%. More like 90% and 80%, but it is still nice to have other free options, especially if you do not pay for Jaaxy.

Yes, my "golden nugget file" is getting real big and heavy now.
It is my aim to visit it regularly and implement all the valuable tips and advice contained in it, otherwise it would just be another volume of stuff that clutters my desk, right ?
I'm trying my best to find the right balance between researching, creating and improvement of my work on a regular basis.
Thanks again, and have a good one.

Finding that balance can be tricky sometimes. A little here and a little there and eventually you will get it through it all. :)
