How do I find a niche market from these words/phrases? What do I enter in the search engine to find out what people are looking for?

The alphabet soup technique

As you begin to type a word in the Google search box, searches that might be similar to the one you're typing come up making it faster to find information by seeing.

For example, as I start to type Gardening and letter (a) the computer suspects that I have intention to type Gardening accessories, gardening apps, gardening advice, gardening apron and displays these phrases.

Alphabet soup technique is a technique whereby the intended word or phrase (Gardening) is entered and each of the alphabetic letters in turn with the aim of seeing autocomplete generating possible search phrases.
