While we get engagements from users on social media in terms of share, likes, votes, comments, and love. Social media is built in such a way customers are expected to get engagement from us, this is a very vital part of the system.

Responce to comments

Don't neglect to respond to comments, the worst should be a thank you. If your follower will take their time to craft in comments, a simple response saying "Glad you enjoyed it or thank you for checking bye" is not out of place

In conclusion if you are think of engaging your clients on social media, building a robust strategy that revolves around quality content in a consistent manner will be the way out.
