How to Price Your Product Pack

Each of the individual products has its own retail price, so what I do is add them up, take off 20%, round the answer down, and then advertise the pack as “More than 20% off”.

For example, my Women’s Skin Care Pack is priced at $320. For that, the customer gets six products worth $401.89 plus a bonus free gift worth $69.

So it’s a pretty good deal and what you have to focus on is finding people happy to spend over $300 on skin care.

If you’re thinking Facebook, that’s correct.

So, What’s the Profit Margin?

Well, I’m glad you asked. It’s not bad.

My income is a double-whammy.

It’s the $320 from the customer, paid up front, plus the affiliate commission on the products, paid at the end of the month.

My expense (cost of sales) is the purchase price of the individual products plus the bonus product.

The bottom line is I make $350.07 on each sale of this $320 product.

Which gives me a great margin to advertise it and get traffic.

Holy Crap, Phil! You're really onto something with this! I wonder how this would work with digital products/services...Definitely something to look into.

Thanks,

Rudy
