3. Find out how you can be of assistance

It is time to draw out how your product can be of assistance. This is not just time to think of how much profit you are looking at but how much value you are offering. You are now to think and make a decision from the buyer's point of view.

Your product design is not going to be about the feature of your product but rather what benefits is it going to be to your clients.

The questions at the back of your mind now should focus more on how you can help, what are their barriers to buying and how you can help them scale over this barrier. Interacting with your customers or partners that have a direct encounter with clients will be a good way out.

4. create Create your buyer personas

Now you have gathered sufficient information on your buyer persona, their pain points and how you can help. It is time to put all this data together and come out with a buyer persona. You have to give your buyer persona and identity. He needs a name, a home address (location), a job title and every other thing that will make him assume a human role.

The whole idea is creating a human figure you can make reference to. It will help keep you focus on content production for your ideal customer
