    Do not neglect your competitors. They are always a good source of information. They might have already achieved what you are just trying to achieve. Pay occasional visits to there webpage, and take a critical look at their content marketing strategy. It will be an eye-opener into what your customers are looking out for.

    Tools like Buzzsumo will be very helpful in searching for content being shared in your niche across social media platforms.

    2. Find Out your customers Pain Point

    You need to find out what are the challenges your customers are facing. The problem they are out to face which you can solve. Finding this out could be a little challenging. But with social listening, you can dig this out.

    In caring out social listening, you should set your target, what you want to achieve. Above it, all your target should be in line with your overall objective. Tools like Buzzsumo, Hootsuite, or Followerwonk can help you handle this.

    Hootsuite is known for proper monitoring of your social media accounts, Buzzsumo will help with influencer marketing and content in your niche. As for Followerwonk is a Twitter analytics tool, will generate biodata of your competitor's followers.
