Let’s Create a Contact Form

There are many ways to create a connection between your website and your mailing list. Let’s illustrate one of the simplest, a Lead Generation form that collects your customer’s name and email address.

I’ve created a new blank page.

Now to put a Lead Gen form onto it.

Simply drag the Lead Generation icon onto the page where you want it to appear.

Then select one of the many templates offered.

For this example, let’s select one of the simplest, Opt-in Form 10, but there are lots to choose from.

Here’s what it looks like on the page (it automatically inherits your brand’s color):

They all do the same thing, just in different ways. As I said, I use ActiveCampaign, but any of them will do the job. The important thing is to create and build your list.
