On the dashboard just above the "Audience" button select "Real-Time" and click "Overview".

The red arrow is showing how many visitors are currently on the website - 72.

The Orange arrow is showing how many pages are being viewed by the visitors per minute.

The blue arrow is showing which countries they are from.

The green arrow is showing a geographical location for all the visitors.
