How to switch from page to post
You can use the same procedure as in previous page.
Or, we can use a shortcut .
Go to your wordpress dashboard, and choose pages >all pages.
Make choice of the page that needs to become a post.
Click quick edit and the following menu unfolds
the post type Will appear.
- Change it to your own needs, in this case a post.
- And UPDATE
Done!
Easy peasy, no?

I never set the post for no-index.
My post was silently deindexed after I change it.
I know by using site:domain search in Google.
I have switched some of my posts.
They all got the same deindexed.
The ones I didn't touch stays in the index.
Google search console never inform anything odd as well.
