How to switch from post to page?
Once you have selected the post that should be a page, we are going to edit it.
Go to your wordpress dashboard > posts ans select the post you want to swich to page. And click edit . This opens your Wordpress editor for that post.
- Under publish select page (3)
- Then ok (4)
- And update (5)
Done!
Tip: go for the classic editor if you have other editors installed
There is a shortcut that I will explain in the next page

I use page for legal announcements like cookie policy, privacy policy, table of content and about me pages. Most of them are added to top menu

I never set the post for no-index.
My post was silently deindexed after I change it.
I know by using site:domain search in Google.
I have switched some of my posts.
They all got the same deindexed.
The ones I didn't touch stays in the index.
Google search console never inform anything odd as well.
