Now that you have many posts ready to be published, let's see how to publish them so that they have an impact on your audience.

There are the 6 important points to follow :

1. Post 2-3 times per day (as explained earlier)
2. Write a good description in your post
3. Create some engagement within your posts
4. Use the story feature wisely
5. Take advantage of the other influencers in your niche
6. Hashtags

By following these points, your account should grow and gain authority.

1. Post 2-3 times a day

As explained earlier, it is important to publish content often to show your followers that you are there and that you want to share something with them.

Another thing I talked about is timing. To be consistent, try to post at the same hours, day after day. For example, there are the hours that I post that fits my schedule :

- In the morning between 6:30 and 8:00 am
- On lunch time around 12:30 pm
- In the evening between 5:30 and 7:00 pm

Another thing you can do is checked the best time to publish depending on your statistics given by Instagram (with the professional account). With these, try to select the best time of the day so that your audience is more active.

2. Write good description in your post

Description is there so that you can explain what your post is about. Again, make sure it is clear and simple so that your followers and visitors don't have to read a book (anyway they won't read it if it's too long). People are scrolling Instagram quickly and if they don't have what they want, they'll just continue scrolling down and maybe not even interact with your publication.

You can add relevant hashtags to your description and this will be explained in detail on point 6.

3. Create some engagement within your posts

You want your followers to be as active as you, you want them to react to your content. To help them react, ask them some questions in your description. Ask them to share experience or just tell you how they feel.

Depending on your post, you can ask them to answer a simple question. For example : ''Comment YES if you are going to be millionaire''. This is only an example but is shows that your audience is responsive and that they love your content. By creating engagement you build a trust with your audience and they see that you care about them. This is what you want.

4. Use the story feature wisely

The story feature allows you to share content for 24h. You can use it for different things :

- Share your new post on your website and make an announcement
- Share influencers content (help grow your visibility)
- Share your live activity
- Share a new product you are promoting
- etc.

There are many ways you can use it. The more you use it, the more people will see that you are active and commited to your business. They want to know more about you and probably they'll be interested in your product(s).

5. Take advantage of the other influencers in your niche

You will always have competition so why not use it? Influencers in your niche already have authority, a thing that you don't have. What you can do to build your visibility is :

- Repost one of their post in your story and add some text, example :

- ''Copy'' (do not copy but let's say you get really inspired) the style of some of their posts (I don't have an example for this one sorry)
- Follow them to see how they share their content, if it works for them it will work for you too!

It is hard to create a brand but once you get started, it all goes by itself. Do the things that the most successful did before you!

6. Hashtags

It's important to add hashtags to your content, but it is more important to add RELEVANT hashtags to your specific post.

Let's check a post that I created that brought me some impressions :

For this post, my quote was : ''Mindset is what separate the best from the rest''. The hashtags I used were relevant to this quote/post.

Now, how many hashtags should we use? I don't know. I have tried in the past to put the maximum allowed (30) but it didn't bring me more impressions, likes or comments. I think the number is not important as long as you choose the right ones. But, if you choose 30 GOOD hashtags, then yes maybe it will bring you more impressions, likes or comments.

Which hashtags should we choose? The one with 1 billion competition or the one with 100,000 competitions? Good question.

In fact, you want to make sure your post will be seen. If you only put hashtags that has over 1,000,000 your post will probably never be seen because you are competing against a LOT of people. So let's see what I suggest :

- Between 5-7 hashtags that have 100k-500k
- Between 5-7 hashtags that have 10k-100k
- Between 3-5 hashtags that have under 10k
- Between 3-5 branded hashtags (with your own business name)

This will help your post to be seen in many categories. Analyse the statistics of your post and when you see a post that got a lot of impressions from hashtags, make sure to take note of the hashtags you used and maybe use them again for another post. Let me show you where you see the impressions for one post (you click on ''view insight'', available with a professional account) :

The branded one will not be competitive at all but it will grow hashtags with your own business name so when you will gain authority, your hashtags will too and your page will have more and more visibility. People will be using your hashtags in their posts.

So remember to use RELEVANT hashtags, the number that you want as long as they are relevant and make sure they don't have too much competition.

Wow, you've just shared with us the complete IG marketing blueprint from beginning to end! Thank you Audrey!

I'm absolutely blown away by how detailed you've made it:
- Regularly switching up the profile bio / link to avoid "visitors fatigue", that's something I did not know for example.
- Comment per hour limits, DMs per week limits: Also, I didn't know this, and this is VERY important to avoid being banned (and losing all the hard work).
- Hashtags: Just this info alone that you shared on #hashtags is extremely valuable! I like how in your strategy, you're using a healthy mix of competition. (Thanks for sharing the competition numbers, too, that's very helpful!)

Side note: I have made the same experience as you with hashtags, where simply adding more tags didn't increase visitors / likes / comments. So I agree with you that hashtags is really about finding the right ones, instead of using more ones. Your suggested mix looks like the best strategy to me!

I'm following you on IG and I can see that you do exactly what you preach - and I also know from your results that this works.

Thanks for sharing your complete strategy with us on WA, it's much appreciated!
