Reward yourself
Don’t jump into another task right away! That’s so wrong. Savour the moment. Stretch a bit. Have a short stroll.
Have a sweet. Do nothing on social media. Enjoy your small victory.
Cut enjoyment after half an hour, for example.
Not focus on the second most important priority. You’ll notice the outburst of energy that’s gonna drive you to get it done right away.
If you feel drained after the second priority, shift your focus on something less stressful. Don’t burn yourself.
