Now that was dedication!

But sometimes we will get lost in yet again another vicious cycle. It can't be business time all the time. Or you will become those "negative things" again. Unfocused, unmotivated, uninspired.

Time for some easy tasks:

A break. A breather. Relax.

Sometimes after all your hard effort, we need to unwind to remain balanced, so this whole process can continue to happen. Without the "pleasure" part in your life, you will become unbalanced, and not just lose focus and motivation, but you may forget that tomorrow might be a better day to continue on.

So whatever it is you do that unwinds or relaxes you, please do this. I recommend a good solid meditation, an outing for yourself, some exercise, or even a couple of tv shows and some sleep.

You can't expect your car to run without any gas, so never push yourself beyond your means. At the same time remember to create a routine, so you don't accidentally take to much time off.

So take some time off and practice a routine.

Writing it down may work for some, but you must follow and reward yourself for this as well. For example, say you want to start working out to unwind or gain energy. Try 10 minutes for a week. No more no less. After each week strictly following this, slowly increase it each week at the same time, so you've completed it. This will further increase your dedication and determination.
