After logging in to your account. You will see many features of the site. here is what you will see.
The first thing we are going to do is click on the create button.
Start with naming your survey. I would suggest naming it after your business. To each is own. Once you have done that, Categorize your survey. Now, When you hit the category button, it is going to drop down, and you will see a list of words you can use to categorize your survey. I would suggest using Customer feedback. Where you see the use an expert survey template, you can only do that if your account was upgraded. My account isn't upgraded so I won't be using it. on the next page, I will go into creating the survey.
