After you have named and categorized your survey, click on the continue buttion. On the next page is where you will be creating your survey. Your page looks like this.

Now that you are on the Edit page of creating your survey you can begin. You can start with picking a look for your survey. You can pick from the Dropdown window or you can create a custom theme. Now i want to go over what is on the Left hand side on the page. It is as follows:

Edit Survey: is self explanatory.

Survey Options: It's where you would design your survey. You can choose how you want the page numbered. This is good if you have more than one page. You can determine whether you want to show the progress bar or not and you can also determine if you want to show the title or not. There are other things on that page that you will not be able to use because your account has to be upgraded.

Question Bank: This is where you can pick from thousands of questions to add to your survey. Just in case you couldn't think of any. This is very helpful.

Print Survey: Only people with pro accounts can access this.

Restore Question: If you have written questions and you deleted them, but then you decided you wanted those questions back, You can go to Restore questions, to have your questions restored to your survey.

Once you are done creating your survey, make sure you preview it to make sure you have everything right. When you are satisfied with what you've done, hit the send survey. The last page you will see, is the page where you have options on what you can do with your survey.

Click the add button to copy and past the html to your website. There you will have you a customers feedback. I hope This has helped you. Good Luck.
