So ...
Upon activation, simply create or edit a post/page, and click the "Insert/edit link" tool.
When you click the gear icon, the link options panel will be revealed and this time you'll see this:
All you have to do, is to check the checkbox next to the "Add rel=nofollow to link" option ...
Cool, isn't it?

Thanks for this, one question if that's ok - in the training here I saw at one point kyle had mentioned it would be better not to use the no follow.
if I remember correctly, he said it was better in Google's view that they knew where you were sending your visitors to...
yet many other places I see they say always use the no follow...which confused me.
I have posts ranked first on page 1 without any "no follow" attribute.
So what is the main benefit of using this no follow and why use it if you can get your posts first on page 1 without it?
