We are going to use a handy plugin called Title and Nofollow For Links.

It's a very small plugin (13 KB), but let's see the usual speed tests ...

Thanks for this, one question if that's ok - in the training here I saw at one point kyle had mentioned it would be better not to use the no follow.
if I remember correctly, he said it was better in Google's view that they knew where you were sending your visitors to...
yet many other places I see they say always use the no follow...which confused me.
I have posts ranked first on page 1 without any "no follow" attribute.
So what is the main benefit of using this no follow and why use it if you can get your posts first on page 1 without it?

The concept behind nofollow links came about in 2005, as a way of discouraging comment spam in blogs.
The thinking went like this: If comment spammers didn’t get credit for their nofollow links, then they’d be less likely to waste their time posting those links on blogs.
Today, the purpose of rel="nofollow" has evolved slightly. It’s now also supposed to be used on links that are commercial/for-profit in nature. Links that fall into this category are: paid links, banner ads, sponsored content, text link ads and affiliate links.
