I forgot to say that you should set your contact page to not to get index by the browser's robots, you do this at the end of the page, checkmark the no index and no follow boxes, I posted a screenshot of it.

what you write on the text editor in your contact me page is [spamshieldcontact], don't forget to include the brackets [ ].
