Three things to check

That you Call To Action stands out. It is separated by a line, in a box, different color font something to make it stand out.

In two sentences or less tell them how they will benefit by taking the action you are telling them.

Tell them exactly what you want them to do. Do not put a link up and expect it to get clicked. Tell them to click the link, or box or whatever it is. There is a link to a resource below that will help you with your Call To Action.
