I hope this training tutorial on keywords has not been too confusing for you so far, and if so, please leave any questions below. But I just want to give you one more example of how changing a keyword by adding one or two other words may give you better results (it could also give worse results too).
Like I mentioned earlier, a keyword is also the questions people type into a search engine. Look what happens when I take this Baseball keyword and turn it into a question. The original keyword is,
world baseball classic - 3767 Searches / 204 QSR
But now I will turn it into a question by adding the words “what is the” and look how much the QSR drops.
what is the world baseball classic - 3767 Searches / 8 QSR
Keyword research can be a time-consuming process but sometimes just the adding of one to three words and/or changing the keyword into a question, can give great results. HOW TO USE THE WA KEYWORD TOOL TRAINING PART 2
I highly value these in-depth keyword lessons you give us - thank you!
I would like to ask you a question about ...a question. Lol
"What is the world baseball classic"
...and just for comparison: "What is a snood"
This is my own example of a question that begs an answer...(it is a "nose warmer").
But that first one there already says, "world baseball classic";)
I do appreciate your examples, Robert; thanks always!
I just wonder about some search subjects warranting a question...do you see my thought that imposing a question format for some keywords may sometimes seem a wee bit arbitrary?
"World baseball classic" isn't a bad example (because there would be further definition of course), but what about something like, ''What is weight loss"?
By asking a question, does it simply mean our keyword will have great (low) QSI, so it will rank on page 1?
Thanks so much for your analysis of all things Keyword!:)
