For this step you'll need to manipulate your photos, so they will look different from the original.

Oky, I just downloaded this photo from unsplash.com:

Now I will work on it:

Please understand I am not trying to create a piece of art, just to help you make an idea about what you can do.

I took my cup of coffee I 'need' and now it is almost ready to use it in my post - asuming I really need it, this is only an example.. almost because it is not really ready until we pass step three ;)

I cropped and changed color and shadows, you can do much more according with your needs.

To obtain this, it may work any photo editor. But if you don't already have one, I can reccommend the Adobe Photoshop Express.

This is free and you'll find it in the app store of Windows 10... just click on install and it is yours for free. Cool, isn't it?

Now, I have another example, and this is something everyone will meet at some point.

Let's say that you write a product review. I will choose an action camera. Let it be AKASO V50 X Action Camera. I took this photo for my review from Amazon:

Why from Amazon? Because it is a type of photo you'll not likely find on free photos sites, but you still need it, right? You need to show at least 1 photo with the product in your review - helpful for rankings (better content value)

Now, this is an issue! You can see how easy identifiable is this photo - the hand, the image with the surfer in the photo... copyright issues.

Now, if we do the same like in the upper example:

... we have now an 'original' product photo, which is almost ready to be inserted in our post - just not yet! After step 3...

I am pretty sure that the photoshop app is available for Mac too. About meta data removal for Mac:
Open the photo using 'Preview'
Go to 'Tools' in your menu.
Select 'Show Inspector'
Select the (i) tab.
Click the 'Exif' tab and remove the data ;)

Ok, from what I see, PhotoScape X and Gimp are free photo editors for Mac PC.
Doesn't really matter which one you use, they will do the job ;)
