Step 3

You can choose whether you want to export just the keywords or the keywords with all the data. In my opinion, the list isn't worth much without the data so I recommend checking the data option.

Once you click the Export Now button, you'll see your lists appear in a zip file which can be found in the Download file on your computer.

Hi Alanna, I just discovered your tutorial so have added a link to it in my latest post: I used to do this the hard way - by copying and pasting the info from the Keyword tool to an Excel Spreadsheet. That's why I prefer Jaaxy, because its do easy to save data as a CSV file and then sort the data in Excel.

I know what you mean! I didn't realize how many saved lists I had until I went to export them! It's good to hang onto them for future reference! Glad it worked out for you! Alanna
