You will see a screen like the one below.

Click all the boxes to the left of your list names.

Then click the Export Selected button.

Hi Alanna, I just discovered your tutorial so have added a link to it in my latest post: I used to do this the hard way - by copying and pasting the info from the Keyword tool to an Excel Spreadsheet. That's why I prefer Jaaxy, because its do easy to save data as a CSV file and then sort the data in Excel.

I know what you mean! I didn't realize how many saved lists I had until I went to export them! It's good to hang onto them for future reference! Glad it worked out for you! Alanna
