Down the bottom left of the page you'll find a small box with the list of pages your site currently has. I want all the pages, so I'm going to click Select All, and then click Add to Menu.
They look a little like widgets now, don't they?
To change their order, simply drag them up and down.
Adding Sub Menus
It's very easy to add sub menus in the custom menu editor. When you're dragging the menu items up and down, if you drag them just under another one and off to the right slightly, you'll notice the dotted box changes position. If you drop it there, it will become a 'child' of the menu item you've dropped it under and will look like this:
Cool, eh?
Adding Home & Affiliate Links to the Menu
One things that you will notice is that Home has vanished. We'll need to add it again, with a custom link. Over in the custom links box (to the left) simply type in your domain name (whatever you want to be home basically), give it a menu title (what it will appear like in the menu) and click Add to Menu.
This is also how you can add links to other websites (including affiliate links) directly to your menu bar.
Adding Categories & Posts
Do I really need a section on this? To add a category to your new menu, simply select the category you want in the Categories box and click Add to Menu. I like to have my top categories in a drop down.
If you want a specific post you will need to add it as a custom link (as I showed above).
And here's my new menu:
Click Save Menu and you're almost done!

That was a Godsend....
