Now that your cookie plugin is set. Just know that there are more sophisticated solutions on the market. Most of them use software to display your cookies policy.
One of them is cookiebot. But that is not the subject of this training.
Just know it exists.

Thanks for the training, basic as you say, but clear and concise. Just my kind of thing. No frills and easy to understand.
I am based in Asia, but there are many Europeans here and no doubt some will access my site from home when they return. Therefore I will do my research as you suggest and pick an appropriate cookie.
Chocolate chip oatmeal raisin would be my choice if they were sitting warm on a plate in front of me.
