2- Entering SEO Title
You will notice that the page/post title already appears in the Title text entry box.
The Title text entry box will take up to 60 characters. You can see in the example above this post title is 22 characters. The title picked up from the post is grayed out. Click in the text box and retype the title as it appears on the post or you can change the way the title will appear in the SERP.
If you go over the 22 character maximum, the counter box showing how many characters you have entered will turn yellow for warning and then red for too long. If the box is red, edit the title to fit in the 22 character limit.
When you have completed entering the title, click on the post Update button located on the right side of the page.

Yes, it's an SEO optimization plugin. It purports to beat Google at its own game with an algorithm that mirrors Google's for indexing.
It's good but creates a bit of work until you get the site under control with an audit score of 85 or higher. My audit score is still at 55 I think. Long way to go but it tells you what to do to get the score higher and have Google love you.
