1 - All in One SEO Pack Meta Box
If you go to the page or post edit screen and scroll down below the text you will see the All in One SEO Pack Main Settings and Social Settings meta box.
You want to be on the Main Settings meta box. At the top of the meta box the Preview Snippet box shows what the automatic global settings will provide on a Search Engine Results Page (SERP).
It includes the page/post title and your website URL. It is better if you manually fill in the Title and add the Description and Keywords in the text entry boxes below the Preview Snippet.

Yes, it's an SEO optimization plugin. It purports to beat Google at its own game with an algorithm that mirrors Google's for indexing.
It's good but creates a bit of work until you get the site under control with an audit score of 85 or higher. My audit score is still at 55 I think. Long way to go but it tells you what to do to get the score higher and have Google love you.
