These are standard disclosures but you can be as creative as you like with your disclosure and even have fun. I've seen a number of bloggers say something along the lines of
'Please note that I receive compensation if you use my links, and eventually I may earn enough to buy a beer or two.' or
'Yes, this is an affiliate link, so please click it and buy so that I will receive compensation.'
You can make it as simple and straightforward as you like and if you use the same tone as you use on your website, it will contribute to your brand message rather than detract from it.

Especially if your affiliate program is harsh as well. Amazon close accounts down all the time for stuff like this. It may take a year, 5 years, 10 years, but they will catch them. Most new people are unaware too.
