If you need to go back to get your code again, here is where you will find it:

•Go to your website dashboard.

•Plugins, then add new

•In top right search bar, enter easy adsense

This is the one I used but you are welcome to compare and choose another plugin.

Click Install now then activate the plugin.

The next two screen shots show you the different options for ad placement. Since you are waiting for your second approval, I recommend to go ahead and place the maximum of three ads. Leave them up until you get your next approval email.

After I received my second approval, I moved my ad to a widget and suppressed the rest.

I selected top of page, middle of page and bottom. Where the drop down says position on the left, you have additional position options. Make sure you select suppress on the boxes you are not using. The drop down labeled show allows you to tell the ad to let the text wrap around and other options. Click save changes when done.

Your ad will be a big white block until second approval is received.

This initial ad is just to get you through second approval. I actually went into the middle box and selected force so I knew for sure the ad was there. You won’t be able to see it and that’s frustrating. I kept changing it because I thought I’d put it in the wrong place. Google took forever, almost 36 hrs before I got my second approval. (May have had something to do with me changing it multiple times!)

Set it and forget it until you get your second approval email.
