I also recently found another plugin that I think is better than the one I mentioned in this training. It's called AdSense by BestWebSoft

ok great I'll try that! I am familar with the widgets and adding code into that. I was just concerned about wanting to know an easier way to put my ads on top of my website and bottom other than in the side bar. Also, do you know the reason why after adding the one adsense plug in I was using, that now I noticed several ads like 22 of them to my same site but says things like: fronti page1, front page 2, mobile page 1, mobile page2 in my google adsense account. I didn't know how to delete them so what I did was just 'hide' them.

Hmmm, not sure. It doesn't sound familiar. I'll have a look at my account later on and see if I can find something similar.

Hello Angela. I got the plugin and was able to work with it. Only thing is it keeps telling me now after getting auth code: "Network is unreachable". Do I have to like keep my adsense account page open in order for this to work while I'm configuring it?

Not sure, try it and see. You can also try deactivating the plugin and adding it back possibly or refreshing the page? I didn't get that so I'm afraid I don't have a solution for now. Let me know if you get it sorted.

ok I found out something about it. I had to log out og my wp and get back into it again. Thanks. Another thing I wanted to know is how long did it take for your ads to show up on your website?

I honestly don't remember. It did take almost 2 days before I got my 2nd approval but I thinks it was because I kept moving my ad because I thought I had done something wrong lol. So just set the ad and leave it and it shouldn't take as long as mine did.

Oh Ok. While I'm waiting for that, I really wanted to also put an adsense add unit above my header and on footer area. But if that is being such a pain, I will try to get an Amazon ad or something there, which I am just gonna focus on that while waiting for my adsense ads to show up.

I put two rather reluctantly, probably a beginners mistake with thinking about easy coins. I do not like them and feel they ruin my site. In fact I was advised to remove at least one, thinking to do this.

I had 3 up only to ensure my approval. After I received my 2nd approval, I dropped to just one in my sidebar. I don't like the way they look either :)
