Step #2 - Use the Best Social Media Platform
Actually, no social media platform can stand as the best, even though that's the heading for this section. You see, each social media network has its strengths and weaknesses that you can explore for your business.
For example, if your audience is in the tech industry, politics, or journalism, Twitter would be the best for you. And if your audience is those who fall into the middle and higher-income earners, give it to Pinterest.
And if your audience is of the general flock who are everywhere, Facebook is it! So my point is for you to focus on the best social media for your business.
From Step #1, you already know who your audience is; so find the social network where they are. And once you have done that, focus all your marketing resources on that platform.
Step #3 – Create Quality Content First
There are two different methods of getting your social posts to as many people as possible. You can choose to either use organic means or promote your posts using paid ads.
Now, the question is when do you use each? Organic posts should come first, and while at it, ensure your posts are of great quality.
Though it might not get you instant responses from your network, it is important for a reason. You will need to boost these pieces of content later on, and you don't want to boost low-quality content.
Facebook has retargeting options to let you promote to those who have engaged with your content in the past. So go the organic route first, and also ensure that your content quality is high.

#4 is absolutely correct, many times they've paid for bogus followers, thus their engagement is relatively low or nil -- Kyle had also pinpointed this fact in his training. I prefer fewer followers, more engagement likes comments; quality matters more than numbers
One thing more I forgot mention, asking questions more often -- it invites people to engage!
