Step #4 – Partner with Influencers
Influencer marketing is a steady growing marketing channel under digital marketing. It involves the use of influencers to drive awareness and engagement for social media posts.
We're talking about influencers having thousands or millions of followers on social media, but you need to check their engagement level before you partner with them.
There are some who claim to be influencers but their posts don't receive much engagement. If you get influencers worth their salt, you can drive your social posts through their networks.
Step #5 - Establish Emotional Connection
Humans, psychologists, are rational beings but yet make decisions based on emotion.
This is very obvious in the way people make purchasing decisions. People buy things because they have an emotional connection to that product, or because they have an emotional connection with the brand or the seller.
People will also share your content because you have established an emotional connection with them. Or the content is such that your audience is able to connect with them emotionally.
When creating your content, ensure that you provide a context that will make it connect at an emotional level with your audience.
Step #6 - Inspire Through Your Content
Everyone needs a bit of inspiration every now and then. What is the better way to inspire your audience than sharing content that encourages the right attitude?
You can create short stories of someone who overcame failure and became a success. Or some personalities, who had to live with difficulty, yet were able to achieve their dreams.
There are loads of inspirational quotes that you can get from the internet. Use these resources to inspire your audience and put them in the right attitude.
This kind of post gets shared a lot, especially if it is a story or quote that resonates with your audience.

#4 is absolutely correct, many times they've paid for bogus followers, thus their engagement is relatively low or nil -- Kyle had also pinpointed this fact in his training. I prefer fewer followers, more engagement likes comments; quality matters more than numbers
One thing more I forgot mention, asking questions more often -- it invites people to engage!
