Leaving Comment Spam

The word “Spam” is something that is attributed to links, emails, comments or web pages. As a matter of fact, more than 85% of the generated emails are considered as Spam.

If you’re going to be commenting, then endeavor to always be genuine and offer attention-grabbing comments. Offer your comments the same way you would expect to receive from others on your own blog. Avoid posting comment spam lest you’re caught a system gamer.

Doing blog commenting as instructed is a sure way to get social signals, referral traffic and tons of leads to your website.

Going by the benefits you can derive, hiring someone to do it for you in case you can’t get the chance is worth it.

While offering comments, follow the rules below:

  • Leave more comments on niche-related blogs
  • Don’t plagiarize while commenting
  • Address the blog owners by their first names prior offering your comments
  • Use an email address associated with Gravatar
  • Fill in your name in full
  • Fill in your real name
  • Use an active email address
  • Avoid leaving a single phrase comment (e.g … Very interesting post Israel)
  • Read the entire post and flesh out relevant points in comments

Hello Alan, kudos for being a passionate and rocking blogger! It's good to see you contribute to this important discussion. You should only approve comments that add value to your blog content and disapprove/discard those that will turn your blog into a dung-hill. Thanks for contributing!

Hi Israel,
Thanks so much for this blog. This is something that all of us should keep in mind.
I’ve been receiving some horrible comments lately and have had to delete them.
A four word comment adds no value whatsoever, yet they expect so much more on their own blogs lol.
I wish more people knew that commenting also adds to the word length of your article, so several paragraphs is wonderful!!
Cheers
