3) Don’t be too Rigid About your Agenda

    Allow real-time sharing on social media and the creative flow of ideas takes their place. Many times your decision should be based on your audience feedback and constantly testing different ways to deliver value to your audience

    4) Don’t Neglect Negative Feedbacks

      Feedbacks on social media are always in terms of questions, comments, and mentions. Neglecting feedback on social media usually results in negative emotions; this will not help promote your brand. When complaints come in the form of questions and comments, answer the questions and where it is possible to direct them to appropriate channels where they can get help.

      Rather than delete negative comments, you can request an email or chat from the customer with the sole aim of addressing the issue. Deleting negative comments can give you a poor reputation, be simple, polite, and always ready to help.
