Yes, I've found Quora to be a great tool for a number of things. If I'm looking for a topic to write about in my WA site, for example, I can just search for questions about affiliate marketing, and get quite a selection of answers.
On my entrepreneur site, I answer lots of Quora questions and then if I like my answer, will post it to Twitter and Facebook. I have gotten some nice responses to these in Social Media.
I believe Quora is a bit overlooked as a resource, but it is a good one.

Thank you so much for this training that was detailed with a lot of insight regarding the use of Quora. I have a question regarding the use of links. I used to answer questions sometime back but whenever I would put my site link for the readers to find more details about the question I have answered, Quora would remove the comment. how do you add links without being censored?
Same for yahoo comments, may be they take it to be spam.

If you really want to use Quora productively, then ensure you only offer quality answers, add a relevant link to your site, and do not offer more than a post a day.
