Benefits of Including Videos in Your Web Page

There are countless reasons anyone should include videos in their web pages but here are some that actually stand out:

I - Videos are great content assets that help to boost your SEO for particular keywords.

Since videos are not as competitive as text content, you're likely to attract more web traffic to your site through videos.

II - Video is a convenient medium for passing a message to your audience. You are able to hold the attention of your audience long enough to pass your message and promote your offers to them.

Your audience does not need to concentrate real hard, unlike text content, before they consume your video content.

III - Humans are more stimulated by visuals than they are with texts. This is one of the major reasons you should create video content for your web visitors and audience.

IV - You can easily monetize your video content on the internet. There are lots of video platforms video creators can monetize their video traffic with. YouTube lets you earn some money through ads that are displayed on your YouTube channel and videos.

You can also create video tutorials that you can sell on your website or on other platforms that support this kind of content.

V - Videos are much easier to produce than they used to be in the past.

There are lots of learning resources on how to produce your own videos without paying professional producers. Also, you will be able to access lots of free and easy-to-use video production tools you could use.

Despite all these benefits, videos can cause you some trouble especially when they are not optimized for your site.

Thanks for the tips. Videos are important to blogs as well as being on their own channel. If you successfully integrate the two then you are ahead of most sites.

Do all CDNs cache video content?
Thanks,

It depends on your configuration, but as opposed to "caching" content, the primary purpose of a CDN is to deliver the content from a location as close as possible to the visitor (to avoid delay caused by data travel).

Hey Frank, good to know you were fully responded to by Dale! What a pleasant reply! If you still need to ask more questions on how a CDN works, don't hesitate to do so, please.

Thanks, Dale!
I use ShortPixel AI for photo adaptive imaging, which also has a CDN but it doesn't cahce video. I checked with them.
