For those who feel Adobe Photoshop is expensive and unaffordable, cry no more. The big giant has released a free version of their adobe Photoshop – Adobe Photoshop Express. This version of Adobe Photoshop is targeted at beginners desiring quality image editing tool.

It offers free access to basic editings like spot removal, exposure, contrast, and saturation. Been free does not mean low quality too. Rather it offers a good user expression that helps them bring their projects near perfection.

The beautiful interface allows editing of images right on user devices and to also share them from the Adobe Creative Cloud. They are said to be non-destructive. The full version of the adobe for desktop cost 9.99USD.

Paint dot net is something I've used. Found some excellent tutorial videos. The layers concept was a whole different dimension for me, and shortly after reading the instructions, my eyes glaze over...grin..

Paint, is a windows tool and still available...IT WAS NOT REMOVED FROM WINDOWS 10...and is a good one for adding text to your images.

You can create a signature to add to your images.

You can add text to an image for posting on IG.
