Hi - its Alex here - I have just completed my first month at WA and it has been quite an experience. Firstly the care and attention of Kyle and the words of encouragement given are really something. Yes, I know there is a commercial interest in keeping others interested, and I would not be writing this (or at least probably not) if I had not been asked to. But mindset is vital IMHO and even if a total stranger is encouraging you it still counts for something.

I have set up my website - the topic is (viral) email marketing, so it is a pretty dry topic but business related- I am trying to partner with restaurants and other small businesses. I found the training on setting things up to be good and loved the training on Jaaxy, finding low-hanging QSR fruit!

However, after posting a couple of articles I had my first revelation in the form of articles published by ParthaB. I am so glad I have come across these relatively early in my blogging "career" because what has been posted to my eye is revolutionary. Although I have only taken my first baby steps, I could never have come across this knowledge outside WA and therefore I conclude that I could not have known what I was doing blogging because this knowledge seems to be so important and precise.

On a wider point, it has become clear that the knowledge of the leading lights on the platform can supercharge your business. That is where the real value of being part of WA is. I am nostalgic for the future! Now let me make my first buck!
