You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh, and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

I would also input my email manually if you are not doing that already; sometimes, when we copy and paste, it adds a character to the beginning or end. I hope you get it figured out sooner. :)

Have you tried to Clear your Cache yet? Here's the steps:
> Websites > Site Manager > Details > under Site Plus > Clear cache
If this does help you can hit the Help button at the top of your screen to the right of the Publish button and contact Site Support.
