Outstanding! Amazing! Faster Than Lightening Support!
These are what all make for an amazing support team that has our best interests at heart when we are training, studying, learning, creating, building a website, building a business - so much so that they are willing to support us at the drop of a hat!
I experienced this 'unheard-of-lightening-speed-exceptional-support' yesterday when I thought I'd broken my website. The response and speed with which my request was handled so overwhelmed me in gratitude I just had to write this blog today.
It's unusual in that I have posted several pictures together, one after another. They say a picture paints a thousand words, hopefully you've got the picture! :-)
There was a need, helping hands reached out to help, they cared enough to provide lightening support and I was able to continue unhindered.
I have to give credit and praise to the wonderful exceptional team here at WA!
You should give them a try when you run into really hard technical problems, they will come to your rescue faster than you wonder exactly what the problem was before they fixed it!

Couldn't agree with you more TopAchiever, it is great comfort knowing that support is there when we need it. kudos to the WA team.
Now that's what you call "grease lightning speed" and it's always been here at WA, no matter what the problem may be.
Went through the same thing myself yesterday. My visual editor was not working. ( I think this is common is wp) They had me up and running In less then an hour. Fast response.
Many object cast shadows when light is present.
