I'm beyond frustrated. Last night I decided to change my theme to one that offered more than the basic menu. Installed and set up with no issues. It was the Responsive theme. H

So apparently it was a plugin issue. I forgot about one I had recently installed. Of course that would have been the one. lol
Thank you, everyone, for your help.

I glad you got it resolved. I didn't think about the plugins.

Well I did and deleted the new ones, but there was a new downloaded plugin I forgot about. Of course it was that one. lol So glad it's been resolved.

Tonia,
I'm baffled too. I use Genesis and have never had this issue.

I recommend you contact StudioPress support in addition to SiteRubix support.

I wish I could be more helpful.

Thank you, Gary.

Did you clean your cache and try in a new window?
... and maybe a plugin conflict as well.

Yes tried that. I wish it were that easy. This has me totally baffled.

Have you checked the boxes under the menu? You have to point out where the menu has to appear.

Yes did that.
I'll make a new menu and after clicking save, the pages that were added disappear. smh

You have created a new menu, you have pointed out the place where the menu should appear, and you have saved the menu. Your posts are published?

I don't know anymore what could be wrong.

Yeah I have no clue either. The pages are published, but the menu is non-existant.

I think you need the support team to step in

Hopefully they answer and I don't get a "Post a Question" routine.
