The 'Edit' option disappeared after i changed it yesterday, but have now decided i wa
It won't let me change my username, it auto-filled it while I was selecting my username and I didn't realize it. I'm stuck with a name I didn't choose and it won't let me change or edit. On this site for less than 5 minutes and it already is user unfriendly.
Hi Den, i think that support is related to websites only. It fires you back to the discussion group when you say no to 'is the problem related to a website'.
It's a bit annoying when one can't even find the right person to message when 'admin' support is needed. I'll keep trying.

there's nothing to the right of my username in 'Account Settings'. There was before i changed it. Maybe you're only allowed to change it once??
I'm not sure why u can't edit. I have a feeling u r not allowed to change ur username too many times? I'm only guessing though.
It might be best to create a ticket by contacting Support.
Hi Tommy, to create or raise a ticket to Support, hover or click the blue button on the left menu called SiteRubix Build Your Websites Here. Then click Support. From there just follow the instructions. :-)
Yes, you are allowed to change your username only once. I changed mine just now and before I saved it, a message came up saying that I should make sure I was ok with this username because I was allowed to change it only once. The message comes up for only a few seconds then fades out so maybe you missed it. After I saved the change, the edit button then disappeared from the right of the screen.

I tried to go to Account Settings, I can see on the right hand side of my username, there is a button called "Change". Try that button.
