Can Someone Tell Me Where June Went?

The clock just struck midnight out here on the east coast of Canada. That means it is now June 26th and it's sinking in that we are almost halfway through 2014 (WHAT!).
It's a great time to reflect on the past half year, and how I would like the next half to go. Goals have already been set, and will start to be implemented more once I am back from this trip.
I was feeling very unmotivated at the start of the year, and gave my notice at work. I spent a couple months unemployed, working on this trip stuff and even began writing a book. In late August I will be moving from Saskatchewan to Alberta. While I love where I live I know I won't get everything done that I want to. Too many distractions and I seem much more focused when I am in Alberta (where I am originally from.) I need to take a break from all the fun and really focus my time in a quieter environment.
A Book?

As a child I used to write stories all the time. I still remember writing my first chapter book. I am not sure when I gave up on writing, but instead of sitting in regret I am focusing on it. WA has helped me re-establish my love for it and I am so excited about this book. It's fiction, I have about 25000 words written, but the story is complete in my head. I am eager to get back to it, as I think about it daily.
The Trip
If you didn't know I am currently on a trip across Canada via hitchhiking. I am in New Brunswick at my grandparents for a couple days. The trip hasn't gone as expected but that is exactly what I wanted. It has allowed for a lot of 'me' time and lead to much creative thinking. My mind is opening up and I have many ideas for future books, my websites and the like. So much to do and I can't wait to get focused on it. For now though I will enjoy the rest of this trip! You can follow on facebook, twitter, google+ and check out the website.
What will come of my website after the trip?
We didn't use the site quite like I first imagined which is a-okay. I will be reconstructing it after and having a section that shares the store of our trip. The main focus will be on hiking/camping and travelling- something I am very passionate about.
Best of luck to you!
