Flowing With the Smallest Go

This past month it's been a multiplicity of crises in my day-job -- tug-of-war games between assorted other people with me as middle-man, delays, obstructions, detours, acts of God and progressions of entropy, hysteria, and generally stupid moves by various and sundry folks (including me) and so on.

The usual madness quadrupled, it seemed. Time-outs abounded with lots of hair-pulling and gnashing of teeth. Lots of confusion, head-scratching, and WHAT-NOW?

Whenever that stuff starts to pile up, I have two choices that I can see:

(a) I can suffer over my suffering, or

(b) I can flow with the smallest go and tell myself that before I can actually write anything worthy I do have to work on living a worthy life.

(When the go stops going, it do get hard to flow, I say. You have to just sit there, and I do have a hard time with that one. Oh, well.)

One of my tenants told me, "Now I know why you always end your emails with 'I continue....'" Uh-huh...yup, yup, yup!

Maybe next month will be better. I do know I've got a whole bunch of new topics to explore, and that's a good thing -- even though my "be" got sort of "bopped" this month.

Hope you guys are doing swell.

I continue,

Netta

Hey Netta, hope you are doing swell lately as well.

As many have said life swings in so many different ways, but we are still here. As long as we work on having systems and plans in place to mitigate and overcome challenges that life throws while amplifying and consolidating those that bring successes and fulfilment then we have a better chance of riding the waves

A great attitude 👍💪

Thanks for the encouraging words, Chris.

I did figure out what my problem is: Back when I was just starting out I swore I would not make the same mistakes over and over again.

I thought that would lead to "peace of mind." Ha!

As a result of my vow, I got good at making new, improved mistakes and the problems I'm encountering are no longer boring ones arising from basic dummy errors.

Instead, I get really oddball problems that arise from other people's strange and me being a smart-ass. This is a ripe new field for lessons, I am thinking.

You got it hahaha, it aint funny but it is - the problems I have realized however careful or I am never go away. And I have never found anyone who has told me they have eliminated most of their problems, more like they are better at dealing with it and/or moving on.

Too true, Chris....too true!

I've done a lot of suffering I didn't need to do, and I'm generally avoiding that now.

Cool, Rosana! You go!

A great attitude, Netta! There is always another day, until there isn't!

Jeff

Sure is, Jeff! Thanks!

You're very welcome, Netta!

Jeff

Life is like this at times Netta. What we have to do is put in the systems and supports that allow us to weather it better the next time. Investing in yourself with WA is one of the best ways to give yourself the freedom that you desire.

Hugh

Thanks, Hugh!

My pleasure Netta

Hi Netta, we can all have times like that. Becoming the observer in the various dramas as they unfold and reflecting that it only becomes our problem if we buy into it, seems to work for me. You will be pleased with the new content topics there's always a silver lining.

Silver linings are really cool, I say. Thanks, Alex!
