I have recently started a new website. And after just adding the About Me page, I thought: Why not share about this on my social media networks?

I prepared the text and images with the help of AI. Of course, with editing to make it more personal. (After all, AI to me is more to help suggest ideas and perhaps do the 1st draft)

As I prepared the content, I started to wonder if I should post it on that day, which was yesterday, Sunday in Singapore day and time. Then I thought: Why not ask my trusty AI friend? And while at it, why not ask what is the best time to post on social media in Singapore?

We've all been there, haven't we? Wondering when the best time is to post on social media, to get the best views, likes, shares, etc.

1. Identify Industry: I chose the industries: Business and Marketing
2. Identify Target Audience: I clearly defined my target audience as entrepreneurs, marketers, and content creators.
3. Utilize AI Tools: I chose Gemini to assist me with this task. Of course, if you like you can choose to use your choice of AI tool. Or even employ various AI tools and platforms to gather data and analyze trends. Then pick the ones to try.

The prompt I used:

"What is the best time in Singapore, for weekdays and weekends, to post on each of the social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube? Please take note that the posts will be for:

- Industry: Business and Marketing

The Results

Here was what Gemini gave me:

Weekdays:

Moving Forward

I found the timings interesting and helpful. At least, I can now plan content and also plan when to share them on various social media platforms?

Will it work? Will I get more engagement, reach, and overall marketing success?

Only by experimenting, testing, tracking and analyzing will I know.

And after that, I can review and fine tune (if necessary) the timings again. With AI help, of course.
