Can You Spare 4 Minutes?

In health circles nowadays, sitting is considered to be the new smoking. Being sedentary is an absolute health risk if you believe all the research material appearing. Bad for the Cardiovascular System, Bad for Joints & Bones, Bad For General Health.

But, let's face it who really wants to go to the gym for a long workout, or walk for miles everyday?

So, for all those Online Marketers who sit at their computers for hours at a time, what is the answer?

Well, what if there was new research that showed that in as little as 4 minutes, once or twice a day you could get all the benefits of an hour long gym workout. Would that interest you?

Hi Tim, Zach's the man. I'm a firm believer that anything is better than nothing. Who can't find 4 minutes a day. Nice one. As an addition, that is widely overlooked or just not known, is the benefit of some good old fashioned deep breathing. Work that diaphragm so you kick start your lymphatic system. That helps to get rid of a load of the body's waste/toxins.

Good evening my friend, I want you to know I am that guy, that goes to the gym everyday. I work out 5 days a week, I'm a personal trainer trainer 4 days a week. Then on Saturdays I do the steam room and on Sundays only cardio. Also each and every day I walk 2 to 5 miles, it pays off my friend I am 68 and I can do anything that a 30 year old can do, and when people meet me they usually think I'm in my forties. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you, exercise eat the right Foods take the right vitamins and you will live long healthy life. May you always be in good health my friend.

Getting up and moving around is vital for well being.

I do a regular 30 minute walk each day, sometimes up to 3 times.

It is a great way to get out of the office, out in nature and this gives us time to come up with new ideas for content.

I also do a 30-minute walk daily.
But, I have also been doing this 4-minute exercise twice daily for a few months and I have seen a difference.
