Great Meditation Video by Louise Hay
Recently a reader who had commented on my post on Secrets to Happiness in Life suggested that I look at resources by Louise Hay. I checked it out and was glad to know that Louise Hay has very good and helpful information for emotional health and healing. You can Google or search for her videos In YouTube and you will find a lot of good stuff.
In my blog post today, I just want to recommend this YouTube video by Louise Hay which I watched and have been blessed. Hence I would like to share with all of you so that you also can benefit from it.
This video is entitled "40 Mins Everyday to Change Your Life Forever". It's actually a meditation video where you can just listen without watching it. This video is on positives affirmations and meditation. You can heal yourself and be free changing the way you think.
